Perito Moreno Glacier

Perito Moreno Glacier is located opposite to the Magallanes Peninsula, about 80 kilometers from El Calafate village. Spread over the South Branch of Lago Argentino, to reach it must take the 11 t Provincial Route that connects the town to Punta Bandera, and then a few kilometers down the road to the Magallanes Peninsula, where paths are placed against the catwalk glacier. It has front five kilometers long and sixty feet high, and it is considered one of the most imposing glaciers in the world.

This glacier, determined as the eighth wonder of the world for the spectacular views it offers is attractive to tourists and that over time undergoes a gradual breakdown and subsequent leveling of water, which is a unique show that nobody wants to miss.
